Laura & Eric Engagement Session ~ Madison

This past Saturday evening I was in Madison photographing my brother Eric and his fiancé Laura's engagement session.  We started at the marina by the Union which was crawling with people.  I'm glad we managed to sneak in a few shots there though, it only seemed fitting since their wedding will be on a boat!  We stayed around State street and had a ton of fun with all the beautiful campus buildings and the Capitol in the background.  The sun was setting quickly so we quickly headed over to Olin Park and snapped a few more shots there before dark! 

 I'm honored to have been able to take these special photos for them!  I can't wait for the wedding is September!  I know they will be in good hands with Belle Allure Photography!

"D" Family ~ Menomonee Falls

This past Sunday morning I photographed the "D" Family.  They were all so great to work with!  Even the baby! (I love in the second image that she's the only one looking at the camera!)  There was a lot to celebrate for them, graduations, Father's Day, and Penny's daughter and family were visiting all the way from Finland!  Here are a few shots from the morning...

Aubrey ~ Newborn ~ Racine

It's been a very long winter here so it was nice to get back to work and drive down to Racine for Aubrey's newborn session.  She is darling, those little cheeks are just so pinchable!  I just love all the bows and frills that come with newborn baby girls!  Having two boys I don't get to do much of that so I enjoy it when I get to play dress up with these newborns.  I photographed her brother Parker a few years back you can see here: http://jessicalaurenphotography.blogspot.com/2012/10/parker-newborn-racine.html

Liz & Bob's Family ~ Stevens Point

A few weeks back while I was in Stevens Point I met my friend Liz and her family, Bob, Hudson, Fiona and Brody for a mini session at Schmeeckle Reserve.  It was a chilly but beautiful evening!  I love being able to shoot at new locations and I've always wanted to do a shoot out here so I was super excited!  Here are a few from the evening!

Jason & Ashley's Family

Last weekend I met up with my friends Jason, Ashley and Peyton for their family mini session at Old Falls Village in Menomonee Falls.  One of my favorite spots to shoot!  Here are a few from the evening.  I especially love the second one of little miss thang!  It's all set as far as I'm concerned, Peyton will make a perfect wife for my Grant man!  ;)  She is so stinking cute I can't handle it!  

Cal ~ Pewaukee High School 2015

Last week I met up at the Delafield Fish Hatchery with Cal for his senior session.  He was great to work with and doesn't take himself too seriously which I love!  His sister Liz was my first ever senior I ever photographed!  So cool, and it's so great being able to now, 4 years later, photograph her brother.

Emma ~ Brookfield East High School 2015

Last week I met up with Emma at the Bluemound Country Club for her senior session.  Her's was a little different though because she had no idea she was meeting me!  Her uncle Paul (who she thought was taking them) and grandma surprised with this session.  We started the shoot with her cute little red VW Beetle and ended with some softball shots.  And, once again, I loved driving around in the golf carts and wish I had one for every shoot!  I hope you liked the surprise Emma!
